There are a lot of “fluffy” business books out there.
These books do little more than put a hand on your shoulder and spend 300 pages mindlessly repeating the same concept. What sucks us in, though, is the catchy titles promising some life-changing epiphany and limitless success. Of course, this is BS.
If you are trying to succeed in entrepreneurship, sales, management, investing, or any other business discipline, you will need to think creatively and rigorously about business.
These are 5 of the books that have made the biggest difference for me:
1. Revenue Architecture by Jacco Van Der Kooij
This is probably the least-known book on this list. However, it is one of the most powerful books ever written on building a go-to-market strategy.
As Thomas Watson said, “Nothing happens until a sale is made.”
Revenue Architecture is the path to building businesses that can support sustainable growth with brilliantly deployed sales systems.
